Day 10: Art

My sister-in-law is an art teacher and gave her students an assignment this morning: Create a found object color wheel. I thought that it would be a great little project so I started raiding the food cupboards and Roland's toys. I could have happily spent all day on the project, but Cathy went to work mid-morning and when I decided I had ignored my son for too long, I submitted my project to Mrs. Raabe. I hope I get an A.
Cathy thinks she is done with work now. Governor Evers is telling all non-essential employees to stay home. So, we are now a family in total isolation.
Today, I continued to communicate with families on my caseload via phone this week. I am contracted, so I will continue to collect a paycheck. Cathy may have to apply for unemployment soon. Ultimately the fate of America's week-to-week paychecks are in the hands of the federal government, so we will see what they do.
That's all for today. Cheers.
