Day 23: We Find Ourselves

23 days ago Wisconsin schools announced they were shutting down for at least 3 weeks. Not long after that they changed the wording to "indefinitely".

Indefinitely is the word of the month:
Schools closed indefinitely.
Sports cancelled indefinitely.
Cinemas sealed indefinitely.
Parks shut down indefinitely.
Libraries locked indefinitely.

Our old lives are in an indefinite hiatus. 
And so we adjust to the new ones.
The Covid-19 honeymoon period is over.
Everything after this is the new normal.

I started blogging to help me transition to this new way of living, but everything must come to an end. Tomorrow I start online teaching and I won't have time to play a board game everyday or write this blog everyday. Though, I will be back from time to time, just to check in.

In the meantime stay safe out there.
In the meantime keep it touch.
In the meantime continue to distance yourself socially.
In the meantime don't forget to make the most of each moment.
Make the most of your lives.
